Will you be opening later on, Can I come to your shop to get my uniform?
Unfortunately, our store is to remain closed and we are operating solely online this year. This decision has been taken to protect all our staff and customers and in view of our customers coming from a number of widespread communities living in different boroughs, with varying r rates. Having carried out a risk assessment of our premises, the Directors believe that Online Supply is the only way we can protect our vulnerable staff and the diverse communities which we serve, who come from all over the North East.
Can I drop off my return or exchange an item in person?
We cannot accept exchanges in person because we have to quarantine all goods returned - we cannot open them for at least 48 hours. We therefore recommend that you use the free returns service to return unwanted items by post. We will refund you in 7 days and you can place a new order for anything else you require.
What is the deadline for ordering uniforms?
We recommend that you order by 31 July this year, to be guaranteed to get everything in time for September, as we are experiencing significant delays with our suppliers.
What if I have missed the ordering deadline?
Order ASAP today and we will dispatch as quickly as possible, we still have good stocks of most items though orders are coming in fast for most schools .
When will you dispatch my online uniform order:

What if an item is not in stock?
We will email you to let you know the expected dispatch date of any out of stock items.
What if I don’t know what sizes to order?
There are size guides on our homepage and on every product page in the sizing tab. If you are still stuck, You can call us and we will talk you through the ordering process
How long will it take for my uniform to arrive once it’s dispatched?
Most items are sent by Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked. Larger orders are sent by Courier 24Hr. Please note that Royal Mail and DPD are experiencing delays due to having a reduced workforce at present.
I missed the delivery driver with my parcel, what should I do?
You should receive a card through the letterbox if the driver missed you and this contains details of how to arrange collection or re-delivery.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
If your order has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation email from us with your order number in it and we will notify you by email, when the order is processed and dispatched. If you have not received any e-mails, please check your bank account to see if the payment went though. If the payment has left your account, please call us or email us, using the enquiry form stating your name, payment date and amount and we will be able to guide or assist you further.
The items I have ordered do not fit, what should I do?
Go on to our homepage and print the returns label. Complete the returns form enclosed with your order and put it inside the parcel, with the return items, then seal the packet and take it to your Post Office. If you don’t have a printer most post offices can scan the QR code from your mobile phone. Please obtain a receipt and you can track the progress of the returned parcel. Then re-order the items which you need instead. Please note that we cannot accept returned items with logos which we no longer stock.
How long will you take to refund me?
We refund all items returns within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we quarantine goods for 48 hours before opening them, to comply with the Covid guidelines.
It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund.
Please allow 14 days before contacting us about refunds as some banks take longer to transfer funds and please check your bank account before you call us, regarding a refund.
Can I select Free Delivery to School?
If your school has approved this service it will be available during term time up until the final date agreed with the school. In the delivery options, you just need to select your school from the drop down menu.
My School has been let down by the current supplier, can you help?
We only produce uniforms in agreement with the school, please ask the school to get in touch with us and we will be able to assist them.
